VoxTel Anonymous - Data Privacy Policy

This Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all VoxTel users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") and other information (hereinafter referred to as "Data") provided by VoxTel mobile applications for iOS/Android/Huawei and other platforms (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile Applications"), VoxTel service providing backend functionality (hereinafter referred to as "Service") and sites voxtel.org and voxtel.io including but not limited to all Level 3 domains (hereinafter referred to as "Sites") and all together (hereinafter referred to as - "VoxTel", "VoxTel Anonymous"), may receive from the User during the use of VoxTel, including data that the User can independently receive and transmit to other Users.

Terms & Conditions

The consent of Users to data processing given to them in accordance with this Privacy Policy is applied within the framework of relations with the main legal entity owning VoxTel – the company FOXYRED GLOBAL LIMITED (Cyprus). VoxTel is provided by FOXYRED GLOBAL LIMITED free of charge (as a Freemium application) and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use VoxTel.

If you decide to use VoxTel, then you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Your Data we collect is not mandatory to provide and is used only in the interests of the User in order to provide him with additional services in VoxTel, such as OAuth authorization on different devices or geo-location search. In any case, we will not use or transfer your Data to anyone, except for the cases described in this Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are available on the website voxtel.io, unless otherwise defined in this Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Solely in the interests of Users and for the convenience of using VoxTel, we may offer (but do not require) the User to link his anonymous VoxTel account with a valid E-mail, Apple ID or GoogleID without providing us with any information that allows us to impersonate (establish a real identity) The User or how to deanonymize other Users in VoxTel. Any Data that we have received from Users will be securely stored in VoxTel for a limited time and used only as described in this Policy.

Important! In VoxTel, you can use third-party services, for example, authentication services and others in which you previously identified yourself. To maintain complete anonymity, refuse to use VoxTel services that could previously identify you.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from VoxTel users, so we do not have the technical ability to identify children under the age of 17, but if we become aware that a child under the age of 17 is using VoxTel, we reserve the right to delete the accounts of such users and all related content from our servers.
